San Diego has a favorite son and his name is, Martin Correia working for Middleton & Associates, Keller/Williams agency. Having been born and raised in the city he loves so much, Martin has a unique blend of professionalism and stellar negotiating skills that comes after 8 years in the software industry responsible for directing the Global Accounts Division. But it's his experience as a real estate investor that ultimately led him to make a change more in line with his passions and more importantly your dreams. This unique blend of skill and knowledge is what eventually allowed Martin to be the recipient of Rookie of the Year Honors in 2007 at Keller Williams Realty, La Jolla.
Actively involved in all types of circles concerning San Diego, Mr. Correia was a founding member of Gentlemen's Alliance, acting president of his High School Alumni (University of San Diego High School/Cathedral Catholic High School) and a board member of the Sullivan Children's Foundation which is a non-profit group with a vision of helping children here locally. Such examples include the San Diego Center of Children, the Cortez Family Center, the YWCA, The Polanski Center and the fun isn't over. There are also groups such as the USC San Diego Trojan Club, and the Catholic Diocese of San Diego that benefit from having Martin's involvement. His mantra is similar from the line in a well thought out poem that states, "It's not the gift that we give but what we share, for the gift without the giver is bare." There are no bare shelves when Martin is around!
Whether you're a first time buyer, investor or needing to list your property for sale, Martin's "client first" approach will assure that your real estate experience is a pleasurable one.
