Peter Middleton grew up in a real estate family based in Brockton Massachusetts, 20 miles south of Boston. His father was in real estate for more than 35 years, building his business until it was one of the largest private companies in the state. As his father's son, Peter learned a good deal along the way. After college, Middleton played professional soccer in Australia and taught school for a time before coming back to real estate. He decided to leave the snow of the east coast behind in the late '90s and moved to San Diego.
He worked with RE/MAX Associates until the summer of 2005, when he struck out on his own. While at RE/MAX, he racked up a number of awards and recognitions, including being the number one sales person in the company, the leader of the sixth most productive team in California & Hawaii and a leader of the twenty-fifth most productive team in the world for RE/MAX. During his last year with the company, Middleton had a sales volume of nearly $100 million. Now he looks to bring similar success to Keller Williams Middleton & Associates, one of the fastest growing real estate companies in the nation.
When establishing his company, Middleton consciously chose a team of experts who would provide the customer service he wished to achieve. Middleton's philosophies seem to be working, as clients rave about the service and attention received. Middleton & Associates has about 22 full time agents, who are led daily by the sales manager, Patrick Alexander. In addition the office is maintained by a full time marketing director and full time lead coordinator.
Pete's passion for mentoring and his dream of becoming great at his business proved to be the key ingredient in his highly successful business model.
